那就要听多点咯，我学校平时就给我们每隔一天放一次听力，现在已经比较熟悉，易听懂了。听力的话，当然是靠听出来的了，多听点吧。

多听磁带，别被压书底。

多看一些带汉语字幕的英文对话电影或电视。多听英语广播。 时间长了，无形中，你的听力也就随之提高了

First of all, you need to have self-confidence to believe that your listening skill is going to improve to some extent. Base on that, you need to communicate with people in English more. The more you listen to English, the faster your listening skill is going to improve. Also, you could search for movies in English (Kungfu panda and spiderman series would be good choices). Listening to English songs is another way.
