如果是这个意思的话应该改 It doesn't matter if I don't have all the money.

说实在的你的叙述有矛盾,你的意思是没有钱但是有精神,,spirit 有精神上的东西的意思 但是你很矛盾,,是因为你没有钱吗?我也不懂是什么东西does not help you ,because it of cause does not help you. you did not say all your feeling.
